Join our team as a Satellite Television Technician, where you will be responsible for installing and maintaining satellite TV systems for our clientele. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in satellite technologies and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up satellite TV systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document service calls, repairs, and installations as required.
• Educate clients about their satellite systems and services.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Higher qualification in Electronics or Telecommunications is preferred

Experience

• Experience with commercial satellite systems is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Fiber optic networks and cabling
• Knowledge of CCTV systems

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently

Languages

• English: Fluent
