Job Description

As a Parts Counter Person, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with their parts inquiries, managing inventory, and collaborating with our skilled team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions.
  • Process and fulfill parts orders using point-of-sale systems.
  • Keep the parts department organized and maintain cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss inventory strategies.
  • Assist in training new staff on procedures and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Auto Parts Technician Certification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role is preferred
