Responsibilities

• Evaluate project performance to determine successful completion and areas for improvement.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and improve future project execution.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to identify lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
• Train and mentor junior project staff and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Relevant industry certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects
