Job Description

Join our team as a Grader and Sorter where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our agricultural products. You will be responsible for inspecting, grading, and sorting vegetables in line with our high-quality standards, while ensuring precise record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections to ensure products meet set standards.
• Keep detailed records of grading and sorting activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Manager on quality control.
• Implement corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
• Report on any equipment malfunctions and assist in maintenance.
• Train new team members on grading and sorting procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Horticulture or a relevant qualification

Experience

• Previous experience in quality control or the food industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Physical dexterity

• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
