As an Adjudications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and assessing disputed claims and contracts. You will provide expert recommendations and decisions based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities

• Evaluate the merits of complex claims and legal disputes.
• Facilitate meetings with all parties involved to negotiate resolutions.
• Utilise mediation and arbitration techniques to settle disputes.
• Monitor and track progress of each case to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for dispute resolution processes.
• Assist in the training of new staff on dispute resolution policies and procedures.
• Advise management on trends and implications of claims decisions.
• Prepare for potential hearings by gathering necessary documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents related to claims processing.
• Conduct risk assessments on potential claims to inform management strategies.
