UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented UX Designer to enhance our digital products in Geelong. You will leverage your design expertise to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces that resonate with our audience. This role will involve user testing, feedback analysis, and iterative design processes with a focus on creating delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on designs that enhance user experience across platforms.
• Conduct usability tests and analyze results to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Document design processes and decisions to maintain a clear project history.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and make informed design changes.
• Assist in developing and refining user personas and user journeys.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Usability Analyst Certification (CUA)
• Design Thinking Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Motion Design: Ability to create dynamic and engaging designs using motion.
• Experience in E-Commerce Design: Knowledge of best practices for designing e-commerce platforms.
