Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologist to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, testing, and maintaining electronic components and systems, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide design reviews and input during development phases.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians.
  • Implement improvements to electronic testing processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans for new products.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for component procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate electronic test equipment.
  • Ensure all product phases adhere to environmental standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Electronics Technician) are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic design and testing
