Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on prescription and non-prescription medications.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient care services.
• Conduct regular audits of medication usage and documentation.
• Involve in clinical research and ensure evidence-based practice.
• Facilitate patient education sessions on health and wellness topics.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and safety protocols.
• Assist patients with medication-related inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Specialization in Clinical Pharmacy preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
