Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various thermal processing equipment to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of varnish products. Adept in using specialized equipment, you will help maintain safety and quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of thermal treatment processes to ensure uniform coatings.
• Adjust process settings based on environmental changes or material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements for efficiency.
• Investigate any production variances and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Manufacturing Processes is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating similar manufacturing equipment.
