Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic design team in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Utilize analytical tools to track user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to generate design concepts.
  • Maintain clear communications with all team members regarding design progress and updates.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
  • Ensure all design solutions adhere to accessibility standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages
