Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance with laws and regulations across operations.
• Liaise with legal advisors to interpret and implement compliance laws.
• Support business units in understanding compliance obligations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to governing bodies.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced degree in Law or Business is an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of comprehensive experience in compliance, with a focus on the transport sector.

Certifications

• Compliance Risk Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with compliance management systems: Familiarity with tools and software for compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ISO standards: Experience with ISO compliance standards relevant to transport.
