Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer at XYZ Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in the production of optical equipment. The successful candidate will operate drilling machines to create precise holes in reflectors, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate drilling machines for accurate performance.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Document production activities and quality checks.
• Report any defects or issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Work alongside quality control personnel to ensure compliance with standards.
• Adjust processes as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Train new employees on machine operation protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in optical equipment production

Languages

• English: Fluent
