Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator/Tender, you will play a vital role in creating custom orthopedic shoes tailored to individual patient needs. Your responsibilities include operating machinery, interpreting medical prescriptions, and ensuring quality control in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manufacture custom-fit orthopedic footwear.
  • Conduct measurements and foot analysis for accurate shoe fittings.
  • Utilize advanced machinery for shoe production, including CAD systems.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards through thorough inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers and clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate or Diploma in Orthopedic Shoe Making or relevant field

Experience
