Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Computer User Support Specialist who can deliver stellar customer service and technical support to our diverse clientele. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering first-level technical support to clients via various channels.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support technicians as necessary.
  • Documenting support cases with detailed and accurate records.
  • Conducting regular system checks and updates for clients.
  • Assisting with installations and upgrades of hardware and software systems.
  • Providing demonstrations and technical training to clients.
  • Collaborating with engineers on product improvements.
  • Monitoring ticketing system for updates and follow-ups.
  • Identifying potential improvements for processes and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
