Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Weigher and Measurer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate measurement and recording of materials used in production. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and charge raw materials for production batches.
• Document all measurements and batch information diligently.
• Support the production team by ensuring materials are ready for use.
• Assist in inventory management and stocktaking activities.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment or procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members to assure workflow.
• Monitor the condition of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• ERP systems experience

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Background in chemical manufacturing would be beneficial.
