Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conception to completion.
• Utilise advanced software for analysis and design.
• Develop sustainable design practices.
• Ensure quality control in all project deliverables.
• Support junior engineers in their development.
• Maintain client relationships and manage feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Preferred: Master's degree in Structural Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Sustainability Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Experience: Experience managing engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Experience with Quality Assurance Processes: Knowledge of QA procedures in engineering projects.
