Responsibilities

• Direct project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and address concerns.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring productive discussions and follow-ups.
• Promote a positive team environment and encourage professional development.
• Utilise project management tools for tracking and reporting progress.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the construction or IT sectors: Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and project management best practices.
