We are seeking a skilled Loan Officer to manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional service in originating, processing, and closing commercial loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and service-oriented.
  • Evaluate loan applications and recommend suitable lending products.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Provide support and training to junior team members.
  • Review and assess compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate seminars and webinars to educate clients on the lending process.
  • Prepare required documentation for loan disbursement and closure.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Financial Analysis Expertise in evaluating financial reports and credit histories.
  • Loan Management Software Proficient in using software to manage loans and client interactions.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skilled in negotiating favorable terms for clients and the company.
  • Problem-solving Adept at identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Australian Financial Services License (AFSL)
  • Certified Commercial Lender (CCL)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Master's degree in finance or business administration: Advanced degree that enhances knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Experience with technology-driven lending solutions: Proficiency in using digital tools to facilitate loan processing.
