Job Description

As a Government Property Inspector and Investigator, you will play a crucial role in managing rehabilitation projects. Your focus will be on compliance, monitoring contractor progress, and ensuring projects meet legislative requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to assess project compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and provide feedback.
  • Enforce safety regulations on-site.
  • Document and report any discrepancies in project execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on rehabilitation projects.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
