The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current grooming trends and techniques. As a Barber Stylist, you will provide a range of grooming services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction in a busy salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer consultations to clients and recommend personalized grooming solutions.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere to ensure a positive client experience.
• Manage bookings and appointment schedules effectively.
• Participate in community events to promote the salon and its services.
• Conduct quality checks on tools and equipment before and after use.
• Develop a client feedback system to continuously improve service delivery.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to achieve salon targets and goals.
• Adhere to all salon policies and procedures.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
• Perform traditional shaving techniques where applicable.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or Barbering
• First Aid Certificate (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in barbering or hairstyling.

Languages

• English: Fluent
