Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in continuous training to hone your insurance knowledge.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Claims Management Software Proficient in navigating and utilizing claims management software.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experienced in creating reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to convey complex information clearly to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Keen ability to analyze information and make sound decisions.
  • Industry certifications (e.g. ANZIIF, CIP, AIU)
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software: Hands-on experience with industry-standard customer relationship management tools.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment: Proven ability to work effectively within a team structure.
