Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our Newcastle team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with health regulations. This role demands strong organisational skills and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational meetings and communicate key initiatives.
  • Ensure staff compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Monitor patient feedback and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care.
  • Prepare reports on facility performance and patient outcomes.
  • Develop community outreach initiatives to promote our services.
  • Manage patient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate healthcare trends to inform operational improvements.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
  • Support the Director of Operations in strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
