Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geelong. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and solutions. You will be involved in a variety of projects that range from residential to commercial and industrial applications, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for new product development.
• Perform calculations and simulations to evaluate design concepts.
• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure that designs meet customer specifications and industry regulations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments for project planning.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior engineers or technicians.
• Review and approve project-related documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to source necessary materials.
• Implement energy-efficient practices in electrical designs.
• Be proactive in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering
