We are seeking a Socket Puller to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe removal of electrical sockets and switches. Your attention to detail and ability to work with hand tools are vital for ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper procedures for removing sockets and switches safely.
• Ensure work area is free from any debris to prevent accidents.
• Work closely with electricians during installation jobs.
• Keep accurate records of removed fixtures for inventory.
• Attend safety training sessions regularly.
• Utilize various hand tools effectively and safely.
• Engage in problem-solving and provide solutions to team challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with team members.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the team lead.
• Assist with project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Support initiatives to improve workplace safety.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of renewable energy systems: Familiarity with solar or wind energy systems is a plus.
• Experience in construction or maintenance: Background in related construction or maintenance roles is advantageous.
