Job Description

We are seeking a Claims Supervisor who will oversee the claims process and ensure timely and accurate processing of claims. This role involves managing a team of claims professionals, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of claims processors, ensuring accurate processing of claims.
  • Review and approve claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to facilitate smooth claims processing.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team dynamics.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in claims management
