Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled Valuation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the value of various assets, including real estate and equipment, and providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation process for complex assets and portfolios.
• Communicate valuation results effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Utilise valuation software and tools for data analysis.
• Manage multiple valuation projects simultaneously.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research for clients.
• Review and enhance internal valuation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in valuation or real estate advisory

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Advanced knowledge of DCF models: Proficient in using DCF models for valuation assessments.
