We are on the lookout for an Auditor to join our Gold Coast team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your auditing skills in a collaborative environment, working with a group of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with relevant standards.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Identify and assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Participate in training sessions for team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the audit process.
• Accumulate and analyse financial data for accurate reporting.
• Assist in developing new audit methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Masters in Accounting or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in audit or finance-related roles

• Excel

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Forensic Auditing: Experience in forensic auditing and investigations.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel Techniques: Skills in advanced Excel functions and data manipulation.
