In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice to our clients, helping them achieve their investment and financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial planning principles and a passion for helping clients navigate their financial futures.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning sessions with clients to outline objectives.
• Evaluate clients' risk tolerance and develop appropriate investment plans.
• Collaborate with estate planners, CPAs, and lawyers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards.
• Actively seek referrals and build a professional network.
• Manage client inquiries and provide timely feedback.
• Utilize CRM systems to track client progress and feedback.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials for financial services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or related field
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Planner or in a financial advisory role

Technical Skills

• Market Research
• Client Management Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Registered Financial Consultant (RFC)
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is favorable

Languages

• English: Fluent
