Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agents to engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales and enhancing our clients' experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and help them understand their benefits.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and claims staff to deliver the best service.
  • Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Utilise CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent (advantageous)
Experience
  • 3+ years of successful experience in insurance sales with a focus on customer service.
