We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Social Insurance Adviser to join our passionate team in Sydney. In this role, you will provide expert advice and assistance to clients navigating various social insurance programs, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client eligibility for various social insurance benefits.
  • Guide clients through complex application processes and paperwork.
  • Stay informed on changes in social insurance legislation.
  • Communicate effectively with government agencies on behalf of clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout their benefit claims.
  • Document client interactions and maintain clear records.
  • Work with third-party service providers to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Develop resources and informational materials for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on client progress and outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses are preferred
  • MS Office Expert proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Database Management Tools Advanced skills in using CRM and database management software.
  • Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Certificate IV in Community Services
  • Social Work License
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with government social insurance programs: Previous experience working with government programs is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in languages other than English is an advantage.
