Job Description

As a Tax Consultant, you will play a vital role in advising clients on tax planning and compliance matters. You will leverage your expertise to assist individuals and businesses in understanding tax implications, preparing tax returns, and implementing effective tax strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for helping clients optimise their tax positions.

Responsibilities

• Review and update clients on tax obligations and deadlines.
• Guide clients through the preparation of tax returns.
• Conduct presentations or workshops on tax planning.
• Identify compliance risks and ensure proactive management.
• Assist in the development of internal tax policies and procedures.
• Support clients in understanding complex tax regulations.
• Evaluate tax-related software and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Taxation or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a tax consultancy role

Technical Skills

• Tax Legislation Knowledge

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
