Job Description

As a Timing Device Assembler and Adjuster, you will investigate and assess insurance claims to ensure proper coverage and evaluate damages. This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process various insurance claims, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Review and analyze claims to establish validity and determine necessary action.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding claim status and updates.
• Utilize claim management software to process claims efficiently.
• Calculate costs associated with claims and convey findings to relevant departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or equivalent
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance claims sector
