Job Description

As a Filler Block Inserter, you'll play a key role in our production line, operating machinery to insert filler blocks into furniture components. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Insert filler blocks into furniture components using designated machinery.
• Conduct inspections of components for defects before assembly.
• Maintain equipment and tools in optimal condition.
• Report production issues or machine malfunctions to management.
• Follow stringent safety guidelines to ensure workplace safety.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of the workspace.
• Support the onboarding of new team members with operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards during production.
• Document daily production activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
