Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in managing financial data, forecasting financial trends, and supporting the financial planning process. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Utilise data analytics tools to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
• Develop and streamline financial reporting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare explanations for discrepancies.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
• Work on ad hoc analysis projects to support business strategy.
• Provide recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• SQL Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Team Player

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in statistical analysis software: Experience with tools such as SAS or SPSS for data analysis.
