Job Description

The Redevelopment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of redevelopment projects. This role includes managing all aspects from initial design through to final delivery, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for project viability.
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project teams and liaise with all stakeholders efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage project risk and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in urban redevelopment or related project management.
