Stereoplotter Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Stereoplotter Operator to enhance our team and contribute to exciting projects in the geospatial field. In this role, you will operate and maintain stereoplotter equipment, ensuring the production of precise maps and aerial imagery. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and strong spatial awareness, as your work will have a direct impact on various industries, including urban planning and environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on stereoplotter equipment.
• Evaluate the accuracy of mapped data and make necessary corrections.
• Support ongoing projects by providing essential mapping data.
• Implement new procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
• Document all technical processes and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate mapping data with GIS systems.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or Diploma in Geomatics or a related field

Experience

• Experience in aerial surveying or photogrammetry is a plus

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
