Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to oversee our crew operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow and efficient project coordination, managing a team of workers while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily briefings to set project goals and expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the crew.
  • Evaluate crew resource needs and communicate this to management.
  • Facilitate communication between crew members and management.
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to supervisors.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of equipment.
  • Manage crew attendance and overtime requests.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant industry, with a focus on safety and quality.
