Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Plan and execute woodworking tasks, ensuring precision in every cut.
• Collaborate with designers to create functional yet stylish cabinetry.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding any design changes or material needs.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Trade qualification as a Carpenter or Cabinetmaker preferred

Experience

• Experience in custom cabinet making is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with CAD software
• Knowledge of finishing techniques

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Team collaboration

• Previous experience in a similar role: Demonstrated history of successful cabinet making projects.
