Job Description

As a Landscape Foreman, you will lead a talented team of landscapers to execute various projects, ensuring that each job meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of landscaping work, making your expertise critical to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead landscaping teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project standards.
  • Plan project phases and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Maintain communication with clients to update them on project status.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate on-the-job training for team members.
  • Oversee maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Support the introduction of innovative landscaping techniques.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to resolve issues.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  • Document all phases of projects for compliance and quality assessment.

Requirements

Education
  • Trade qualification in landscaping or horticulture
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the landscaping industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
