We are looking for a skilled Concrete Fence Builder to join our experienced team. The successful candidate will construct durable concrete fences, ensuring high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Installing concrete post structures and panels according to project designs.
• Preparing and mixing the right concrete blends for durability.
• Conducting daily safety checks and adhering to guidelines.
• Maintaining effective communication with the team and clients.
• Supervising junior team members and guiding them on tasks.
• Maintaining high standards of work ethic and professionalism.
• Taking part in project briefings and contributing ideas.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality.
• Assisting in logistics and material handling when required.

Requirements

Education

• Cert III in Concreting or equivalent
• Relevant Building Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete construction

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Working at Heights Certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety standards: Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
• Previous experience on large-scale projects: Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
