Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Account Manager to be a key player in our growing landscaping company. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and working closely with our teams to deliver outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscaping industry.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create proposals and presentations.
  • Manage client accounts, including contracts, invoicing, and payments.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance crew to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or certification in Landscape Architecture or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Proven track record in account management and sales.
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of landscaping principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of tendering and contract negotiations
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
