Job Description

Join our team as a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator for the Kier Tender project. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing tender documentation while collaborating with various teams to gather essential information. Your experience in the construction industry and understanding of compliance will ensure the effective execution of the tender process, providing the groundwork for successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tender documentation, including bid proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for tenders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare cost estimates and pricing structures for tenders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the tender process.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and regulations.
  • Review and evaluate tender submissions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on tender progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role within the construction industry.
