Construction Laborer / Culvert Installer

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Construction Laborers, particularly Culvert Installers, to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of culverts to ensure effective drainage and erosion control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction industry and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair culverts, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members for efficient workflow.
• Train new laborers on installation practices and safety measures.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold safety standards.
• Evaluate site conditions and report any issues to supervisors.
• Manage materials and supplies on site effectively.
• Assist in layout planning for projects.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in civil engineering, construction, or a related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in construction or civil engineering.
