Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up equipment for block production.
• Ensure concrete mixture is correctly measured and mixed.
• Inspect blocks for defects before they are cured.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Assist in training new staff on block-making procedures.
• Manage raw material supplies and troubleshoot inventory shortages.
• Utilize software tools for tracking production metrics.
• Engage in preventive maintenance on all machinery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Further certifications in construction technology are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in construction manufacturing is highly preferred.
