Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of boom lifts during construction activities, ensuring team safety.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure all team members are trained and capable of following safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues on the job site.
• Maintain effective communication with site management regarding progress and safety.
• Document equipment usage and maintenance activities.
• Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for all lifting equipment.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the team.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification is desirable

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or similar industry preferred.
