Job Description

The Land Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing land use plans for private and public sector clients. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure projects are environmentally and economically sustainable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Engage with government agencies and private clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Assess and minimize ecological impact of development plans.
  • Develop innovative solutions that promote community well-being and environmental integrity.
  • Document project processes and outcomes for reporting and improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning or equivalent
  • Master’s degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in land use planning and implementation
