Road Grader Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Road Grader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a road grader to maintain and shape roads, ensuring a smooth and safe driving surface. This role requires a strong understanding of road construction principles and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and repair road surfaces by removing debris and obstacles.
• Ensure proper drainage and leveling of road surfaces for safety.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure the grader is in safe working condition.
• Work closely with the Site Supervisor to coordinate daily tasks.

Advantageous

• Additional certifications in heavy machinery operation: Certifications beyond the standard requirements are preferred.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects: Preferred experience in major project environments.
