Job Description

As a Tar Worker, you'll play a key role in applying and spreading tar on roads and pavements to create smooth surfaces. We seek individuals with strong physical stamina and attention to detail, ready to work in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on tar applications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project goals and challenges.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for applying and finishing tar.
• Support the overall construction project as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license preferred

Experience

• Experience in construction roles is a plus.
