Job Description

As a Tile Decorator, you'll be responsible for designing and installing tile layouts that reflect client preferences. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest quality finishes in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize technical knowledge to prepare layouts for various tile materials.
• Meet and exceed project timelines while maintaining quality work.
• Advise clients on maintenance and care of installed tiles.
• Assist in training junior decorators on installation techniques.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure every detail meets our high standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the tiling industry is preferred.

Certifications

• OHS White Card

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in project management: Capable of overseeing tile projects from design to completion.
