Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Ballarat warehouse. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership qualities and a strong understanding of warehouse processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, team coordination, and safety compliance. In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals whilst maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations and oversee daily tasks.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to improve performance.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety standards.
• Manage inventory and oversee stock movement.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and updates.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse efficiency and KPIs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role required
